E-Perolehan Dilaksanakan Di Sabah

Pendedahan penggunaan sistem perolehan elektronik kerajaan, (ePerolehan)(eP) akan dilaksanakan di Sabah bagi memberi peluang kepada pembekal di negeri ini untuk berurus-niaga dengan pihak kerajaan secara atas talian.

Pengarah Projek Unit ePerolehan Datuk Mohd Shafiq Abdullah berkata perancangan masa depan adalah menjurus untuk menambah bilangan Pusat eP dan juga pusat eP@Desa di Sabah bagi memudahkan pembekal mendapatkan perkhidmatan mengenai ePerolehan secara menyeluruh.
"Unit eP akan menggiatkan lagi mempromosikan serta memberi lebih pendedahan kepada pembekal-pembekal mengenai sistem eP," katanya kepada Bernama selepas merasmikan Seminar Transformasi Perolehan peringkat Negeri Sabah di sini hari ini.

Mohd Shafiq berkata 6,812 pembekal di Sabah berdaftar dengan Kementerian Kewangan termasuk 3,502 bertaraf Bumiputera tetapi 51 peratus sahaja yang berkeupayaan eP daripada keseluruhan jumlah pembekal di Malaysia sebanyak 110,327 pembekal, sehingga 30 September lepas.

Beliau menyeru pembekal di Sabah berurusan secara aktif menerusi eP kerana daripada 4,603 pembekal berkeupayaan eP hanya 1,119 pembekal atau 26 peratus yang memuat naik katalog ke dalam sistem eP.

"Mengikut pemerhatian Kementerian Kewangan, agensi kerajaan persekutuan pada masa ini kurang menggunakan e-katalog.

Ini adalah kerana kurang pembekal memuat naik katalog ke dalam sistem," katanya.

Beliau berkata sistem eP menepati kehendak masa kini dengan menyaksikan pencapaian nilai transaksi di peringkat Sabah mencapai RM669 juta dari Januari sehingga Oktober lepas dengan bilangan Tempahan Pembelian Tempatan (LPO) sebanyak 87,368.

Mohd Shafiq berkata kerajaan akan menambah baik sistem perolehan elektronik kerajaan yang mampu menangani kehendak-kehendak pembekal yang lebih celik Internet dan perkembangan semasa.

"Menerusi penggunaan sistem eP secara bersepadu, perolehan kerajaan dapat dilakukan dengan cepat, tepat dan berintegriti" katanya.

Beliau berharap eP menjadi platform terbaik untuk semua pembekal yang ingin berurus niaga dengan kerajaan persekutuan dapat menggunakan sistem eP ini sepenuhnya agar hasrat dan matlamat kerajaan untuk mewujudkan masyarakat k-ekonomi dan berpendapatan tinggi dicapai menjelang wawasan 2020.

Seramai 150 pembekal di seluruh pantai barat selatan pedalaman atas Sabah di Keningau (Tenom, Nabawan, Keningau dan Tambunan) menyertai seminar secara percuma yang dikendalikan oleh syarikat Commerce Dot Com Sdn Bhd, rakan strategic pembangunan sistem eP.

Program eP@Desa turut diadakan di Kota Belud selain mengadakan kaunter perkhidmatan bertemu pelanggan di KK Times Square. (Bernama)

  14. Dengan adanya sistem e-Perolehan ini, segala maklumat pembelian dari segi senarai pembekal yang bersaing dan pembekal yang terpilih disimpan di dalam sistem ini. Di samping itu juga, sistem ini juga mampu untuk mengeluarkan laporanterkini tentang prestasi pembekal serta aktiviti pembelian semasa.

Dengan menggunakan sistem e-Perolehan, semua aktiviti yang berkaitan dengan perolehan dapat di lihat oleh semua kakitangan TMR&D termasuklah mendapatkan maklumat mengenai pembekal syarikat.Ianya memudahkan aktiviti pemantauan dijalankan di samping meningkatkan ketelusan dalam membuat pembelian syarikat.

Two state agencies, the Special Taskforce to Facilitate Business (Pemudah) and the Performance Management Delivery Unit (Pemandu), have been tasked with addressing these issues, as well as developing strategies to promote best bureaucratic and administrative practices, with Pemudah in particular working closely with the private sector to cut red tape.
